You do not have to be a US citizen to own or be a part owner of a C-Corporation or LLC.  The only limitation is that you can not start an S-Corporation.

Since most companies will also need a Tax ID number (EIN) then you might also want to use our Nominee Tax ID services, which will speed up the process of getting a number for your company.  (This service can only be used with a C-Corporation.)

We can have the company established and the tax number issued within 10 working days.  The costs are the same for you as they are for anyone else, but you might want to add the International FedEx service so that you can get the package from us in a timely manner.

If you need a bank account in the US you must come to the US so that the bank can verify your ID.  The banks will not open an account without positive verification of your ID, in person.
