You do not have to be a US citizen to own or be a part owner of a C-Corporation or LLC.  The only limitation is that you can not start an S-Corporation.

We can have the company established within 10 working days.  The costs are the same for you as they are for anyone else, but you might want to add the International FedEx service so that you can get the package from us in a timely manner.

If you need a bank account in the US you must be able to come to the US for positive id at the bank.
